Susan has an uncanny ability to read situations and personalities. She is a great listener and she is able to discern the deeper issues that may be masked by more obvious surface cues. She was able to engage personnel that have remained aloof from all such previous efforts. Six months later, my office still talks of this retreat and Susan’s effectiveness dissecting issues and providing insight where we were too close to see other possibilities. The office coalesced as a result of the retreat and this would not have happened without Susan’s participation.

Management Concepts typically has excellent trainers, and Susan is at the top of that list. Taking a few hours out of our day for a mandatory training can seem like a chore. However, within a few minutes, it was clear that this class was going to be a valuable learning experience. Susan was very knowledgeable which made her credible and the lectures enjoyable.
